Program Requirements

Our RN / LPN Remediation program aligns with the Florida Board of Nursing’s 464.019 Remediation education program guidelines. To be eligible for enrollment, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. NCLEX Retake Applicants:

  • Individuals who have failed the NCLEX three consecutive times.
  • Must provide a letter from the Board of Nursing indicating the need for remediation.

2. Licensure Endorsement Applicants:

  • Applicants who do not hold an active nursing license or have not practiced in the past five years.
  • Clinical remedial authorization letter is required for this category.

3. Board of Nursing-Required Remediation:

  • Applicants identified by the Board of Nursing as needing remediation.
  • A letter from the Board of Nursing is required for clinical authorization in this case.

Please note: Even if you do not meet the specified criteria, voluntary admission to the program is accepted.
