Florida CNA Exam Preparation

Approximately 4–8 weeks · In person, with supplemental learning materials

Prepare for the Florida CNA written examination and clinical-skills evaluation through guided instruction, hands-on practice and realistic exam preparation.

Not sure which one? Tell us your situation and an advisor will point you at the right course.

In the skills lab

You practise it until it is second nature

Reading about a skill is not the same as performing it while someone watches. Sessions run on mannequins, simulation arms, injection pads and task trainers — never on live patients — so you can get it wrong safely, as many times as it takes.

  • Hand hygiene, PPE and sterile technique
  • Venipuncture and phlebotomy order of draw
  • Urinary catheter insertion and removal
  • Peripheral IV insertion on simulation arms
  • Intramuscular, subcutaneous and intradermal injections
  • Wound assessment and dressing changes
  • Vital signs, blood glucose and head-to-toe assessment
  • Documentation and SBAR handoff communication
