It depends on your licence type, how long you have held it, and which biennium you are in — and we are not going to print a number you might rely on wrongly. Log into CE Broker, read the requirements for your own current cycle against your course history, then check each mandatory subject separately. Your transcript is the only authority on your position.

The provider’s. Florida Administrative Code rule 64B-5.002 requires Board approved providers to submit completion data through the CE tracking system within thirty days of programme completion. But the consequence of a failure is yours alone, because you sign the renewal attestation. That asymmetry is why you should verify the posting rather than assume it.

The rule gives a provider up to thirty days from completion. Many report faster — the rule sets the outer limit, not the norm. Credit you self-report appears in your CE Broker history immediately. Treat thirty days as the point at which a missing course becomes your problem to chase, and chase it with the provider rather than the Board.

Contact the provider that delivered it, with the completion date and the licence number you want it reported against. Do it well before your deadline rather than in the last week, because corrections depend on someone else acting. If the problem is with something you self-reported, contact CE Broker support instead.

Sometimes, but never automatically. Out-of-state hours will generally not be provider-reported to Florida, so you would need to self-report them, and Florida’s mandatory subjects usually require Board approval specifically. Check your own position in CE Broker before assuming an out-of-state course has filled a Florida requirement.

The Department of Health selects licensees at random. If your CE Broker transcript is compliant you generally pass the electronic check without receiving an audit letter at all. If it is not, you will be asked to produce completion certificates showing the course title and number, provider number, date offered and hours earned — which is why keeping them matters.

Yes. Keep them regardless of whether hours appear to have posted. Certificates are how you reconstruct a posting that went astray and how you answer an audit your transcript did not pre-empt. The Board’s certificate language sets a retention period — check the current requirement and keep them at least that long.

No. The Board’s renewal pages instruct licensees not to submit continuing education completion certificates to it, and direct reporting through CE Broker instead. Certificates stay in your own records. The transcript is the state’s record, and it is the one renewal is gated on.

No, and this is worth being clear about. Our provider number, 50-46278, identifies who reported a completion. It does not establish that a particular course satisfies a particular mandatory subject for your licence type. Ask us which profession and requirement a course is set up to report against before you pay for it.

No. No provider can, and any that says otherwise is overstating what it controls. We can deliver the course and report the hours where the course and profession allow it. Whether your cycle is complete depends on your full record, your licence type and your deadline — all of which live in your CE Broker account, not ours.
