How it works

From course to renewal

Earning hours and having them recorded are two separate events. Both have to happen before you renew.

  1. Check what you need

    Log into CE Broker and compare the requirements for your renewal cycle with your course history.

  2. Complete the course online

    Take the course from home, then keep your certificate of completion.

  3. We report the completion

    Under provider number 50-46278, where the course and your profession allow it. Florida gives providers thirty days.

  4. Check that it posted

    Look for it on your CE Broker transcript. If it has not appeared after thirty days, contact us.

Credit acceptance varies by profession

Course availability, credit acceptance and reporting eligibility vary by profession. Students are responsible for confirming their individual renewal requirements. Courses advertised for Florida continuing-education credit must be approved or accepted for the applicable profession and properly reported through CE Broker when required.

Which of these courses do I need for my renewal?

That depends on your licence type and where you are in your renewal cycle, and your CE Broker account is the only place your own position can be confirmed. Compare your requirements there with your course history, then ask us which of these fits.

Do I have to come to the Orlando centre?

No. Continuing education is delivered online. The centre on Lake Ellenor Drive is where our hands-on courses and workshops run.

What does a bundle include?

Each bundle’s contents will be published when it opens, alongside the courses it contains and their hours. Until then, ask us what a bundle is meant to cover before you plan around it.
