What we do
Four kinds of help, one centre
Most of our students are at a turning point: starting out in healthcare, sitting an exam, renewing a licence, or coming back after a break. Everything we teach is built around one of those moments.
Exam preparation
Preparation for the Florida CNA exam, national phlebotomy certification, the TEAS, HESI and NCLEX, with supervised hands-on practice for the skills parts.
Skills workshops
Hands-on phlebotomy practice and a simulation-based skills refresher for nurses returning to the bedside.
Continuing education
Online continuing education for Florida healthcare professionals, reported through CE Broker under provider number 50-46278 where the course and profession allow it.

What we are, and what we are not

What we are
- An Orlando training centre offering examination preparation, hands-on skills workshops and professional development

- Bilingual where it counts, with assistance in Haitian Creole and Spanish for selected programmes
- Open about cost: every course price is published in full, with outside fees flagged before you enrol
- Clear about dates: we only publish a start date once it is confirmed
What we are not
- Not a state-approved or Board-approved CNA training programme. Our CNA offering is examination preparation
- Not on the Florida Board of Nursing’s list of approved remedial course providers. Our NCLEX review and nursing skills refresher are not remediation
- Not accredited, and not able to award a licence or certification. Those come from the Board and the certifying bodies
- Not able to guarantee an exam result, a certificate, a job or a wage. Nobody honestly can
How we teach
Built around the moment it matters
People rarely fail a skills exam for lack of knowledge. They fail on the steps around the skill, under pressure, with someone watching. So that is what we practise.
Practise it while someone watches
Performing a skill in front of an evaluator is a different experience from remembering how to do it. Skills are practised on mannequins and task trainers with an instructor observing and correcting.
Small groups, so everyone gets hands on
Instruction is led by experienced healthcare professionals in small groups, so you spend your time with the equipment in your hands rather than watching a demonstration.
The rules, with their sources
Exam procedures, renewal rules and scope of practice change. Wherever we explain one, we name the primary source and tell you to confirm your own position with it.
In a language you are comfortable in
Many of our students speak Haitian Creole or Spanish at home. Where we can, we explain in the language that makes it click, and we are honest about which exams are offered in which languages.
