Questions about contacting us
How quickly will you reply?
We reply during office hours, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. If it is urgent, call (407) 606-7964 and speak to us directly.
Can I visit the centre?
Yes. Please call before you come so we can make sure someone is free to show you around and answer your questions. There is free parking directly outside the entrance.
Can I speak to someone in Haitian Creole or Spanish?
We offer bilingual assistance in Haitian Creole and Spanish for selected programmes. Choose your language in the enquiry form, or say so when you call, and we will do our best to match you.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. An enquiry is a question, not an application. Nothing is owed until you choose to enrol, and we give you the dates, cost and requirements in writing first.
